Project against domestic violence, giving talks and providing support in communities

The ICES project addressing domestic violence continued its program of outreach visits during November, allowing cases to be followed up.

Visits were made to the Fatima Pavon Health Center La Trinidad, and the El Espinal community near Estelí is also being visited with the aim of increasing the impact and scope of the project.

In addition, the project has provided training to health personnel in San Nicolás with a focus on helping ensure more complete psycho-emotional and comprehensive care to patients.

Our team gave talks at health centers in the communities of La Pacaya, El Espinal, Puertas Azules, and Salmeron, covering topics such as good parenting, the elimination of domestic violence against women, and gender equality.
