Preschool preventive dental health program activity

During the third week of August of this, the preventive dental health program continued with the application of fluoride varnish in 11 preschools supervised by the Ministry of the Family. The activity was carried out mainly by dentistry students of Francisco Luis Espinoza Pineda University (UNFLEP) in coordination with the Superemos health program based on guidance from the University of Boston School of Dental Medicine. This activity was important both for Superemos and the university students, as well as for the children who benefited from the application. In total, 789 boys and girls received the fluoride varnish treatment.
