Activity carried out by the natural medicine project "Rains of Love"

The natural medicine project visited the community of Limay in the municipality of Estelí, with the main purpose of sensitizing local people to natural alternatives for treating illnesses such as mild diseases that do not necessarily require medication. The program also offers training in the cultivation of natural medicine gardens so as to use medicinal plants and thus save money instead of purchasing medicines for which the herbal plants are a valid alternative.

The project also delivers finished natural medicines and applies techniques that contribute to detoxification and help improve circulation via the application of massage techniques and physiotherapy

The program also offers talks on reproductive health care, explaining preventive practices, protection and family planning.
